We are currently hiring experienced and dynamic full time International Recruiters to work at our HQ in the Technological Park of Andalucía (PTA), in Málaga, Spain.

Role

As an Recruiter you will be accountable for the full recruitment cycle from advertising to hiring, working independently as well as with a team and successfully resolving our multilingual recruitment needs for our language services in a fast paced work environment where constant changes are part of our daily routine and challenge.

Requirements

  • EU work permit and availability to perform from our Málaga headquarter
  • English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus
  • A minimum of 2 years of full time experience recruiting translators, testers, transcreators, interpretes, etc.
  • Experience recruiting international candidates in a fast-paced recruitment agency is a plus
  • Experience recruiting international candidates for Spain is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills including the ability to secure suitable people
  • Experience calling and talking with candidates
  • Able to work with tight deadlines in a deadline driven environment with constant changes and rescheduling
  • Capacity to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to anticipate upcoming issues and find solutions for complex unexpected situations for placements / replacements and other changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Positive, problem solving attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • IT literacy : MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks and HR related software
  • Flexibility with timetables, schedules and client requests
  • Responsibilities

  • Follow company policy and values, adhere to existing procedures and create new ones
  • Accountable for the complete recruiting cycle from advertising to hiring
  • Successfully and in a timely manner recruit and resolve both temp and staff recruitment needs in a fast paced work environment, where constant changes are part of our daily routine and challenge
  • Expand database with both local and international candidates and maintain it updated and accurate including regular feedback
  • Constantly look for new sources (local and global), network and advertise
  • Have backups available at all times
  • Prepare and coordinate administration related tasks in a timely manner with all the departments involved, keeping all stake holders on the same page despite constant changes
  • Keep candidates interested in our company and projects by staying in touch and informing them about potential and upcoming projects
