The primary purpose and function of the Senior Analyst is to act as Workday subject matter expert and HR processes designer, to lead Workday system configuration, enhancement, and deployment efforts.
Additionally, this individual will serve as the liaison between Tier 1 team and third party vendors for other HR applications (e.g. Greenhouse).
The Senior Analyst will demonstrate HR systems maintenance experience as well as proficiency in analytics and reporting, processes analysis and design, and configuration.

Be a part of a team where you will :
Be Glovo’s HR Process and Technology expert in order to build scalable HR tools that will address all our business & employees’ needs.
Configure, enhance, and support selected Workday modules, e.g. Core HR, Performance Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning.
Maintain and administer Workday security groups.
Partner closely with business and Tier 1 teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday processes simple and efficient.
Take ownership of reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools or using the available ones.
Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date.
A / B test the launch of new features.
Conduct and / or support continuous improvement projects.
Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitor reoccurring issues, system / data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, strategize and complete ad hoc requests creatively, effectively and efficiently.
Design and document HR processes (Process Flows, SOPs, Job Aides).
Build Training materials and train users on Workday and HR processes.
You have :
At least 3 years of experience with configuring and maintaining HRIS / HCM system, with focus point on Workday.
Experience in designing and documenting HR processes.
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field and / or human resources.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Detail-oriented thinking, exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Team spirit by contributing valuable ideas and feedback.
Ease in working with ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change.
Ability to work with sensitive employee data, maintaining confidentiality in all situations with a keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in English.
