Your work-life opportunity :

In the context of giving users easy access to anything in their city , Q-commerce is the business unit that covers 3 verticals : Groceries with Partners, Groceries with our own Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) and Retail.

We aim to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift.

  • The Q-commerce team is organized in 5 sub-teams : Front-end (Growth, Sales, Category Management, Partner Ops and Partners’ Performance Management), Analytics, MFCs Operations & Expansion, Retail and Finance, and this position will be within the Partner Ops team.

    Be a part of a team where you will :

  • Have to be fully autonomous developing analysis to deeply understand our operational problems.
  • Own KPIs related to operations in Q-Commerce to provide an excellent user experience, such as cancellations, delivery times, user ratings, etc.
  • Main goal is to improve these KPIs in order to increase user NPS.

  • Define reasonably ambitious goals, globally and per country, to motivate teams to improve their KPIs.
  • Understand the Groceries operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the different teams such as Supply, Customer Support, Logistics in order to align decisions.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • You have :

  • 2-3 years of business experience in project management, operations or similar
  • Great data analysis skills (knowing SQL or learning it before joining is highly valuable)
  • Strong understanding operational problems, defining solutions and implementing them fast
  • Hands-on attitude. You may need to spend hours / days on the ground to find out the best solutions
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
