Sus responsabilidades y tareas :

  • Lead HR, Travel, Fleet, IT & Telecommunication procurement strategy for GEA Procurement, Supply Chain ·Leadership of the regional Category through the supply chain team·HR, Travel & Fleet Services procurement contains like Recruitment / Head-hunters, Interim management, Outplacement, Relocation Services, Car rental, travel agency, car leasing, mobile, etc·Support the Global Category Manager and deploy the communication and executing the agreed procurement strategies·Act as a link between Global Category Area and the Regional Supply Chain members·Define the procurement and governance processes in conjunction with the overall procurement strategy ·Focus on the region total spend on category level to achieve best cost structures ·Identify and realize cost saving potential, set and control saving targets for the relevant categories ·Continuously optimize procurement processes and related key figures.
  • Develop and implement mid- and long-term procurement strategies for specific categories ·Drive internationalization of procurement activities ·Ensure appropriate portfolio of regional / local suppliers·Execute procurement strategy - Supplier tendering, negotiation etc.
  • for regional suppliers in the area·Ensure proper use of processes and tools

    Su perfil y calificaciones :

  • University Degree.·8+ years of experience in procurement processes·Deep know how of international contract management ·Cultural Awareness ·Experience with implementation of corporate procurement ·Work experience both in complex matrix and centralized organizations ·Deep project management skills · Negotiation experience across the global supplier markets·Professional services category market and industry knowledge·Systems, Ariba, S2P experience is an advantage·English (fluent)·Ability to lead internationally and / or culturally diverse teams ·Ability to network and build relationships ·Deep understanding of business on a broad international scale ·Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically ·Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes ·Very good communication skills
