We're looking for 3D Animator for a game development company. The company is in the stage of making a few 3D mobile games (nonviolent strategies mid-core games + RPG) based on their engine.
Worldwide team : 25+ professionals from Ukraine, Austria, Ireland, Slovakia, Czech Republic etc.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience
80% experience in gamedev
Perfect understanding of human anatomy, motion, weight, acting and timing applied to 3D animation
High-level knowledge in character animation technical setup : skeletal system, bones, rigging, skinning, blendshapes, mocap.
Experience with game engines
Able to effectively collaborate with game designers and programmers
Proven problem-solving / prototyping ability
Nice to have :
Experience in shooters
Experience in FX and particle animation
Responsibilities :
Define and set up the animation pipelines to maximize efficiency and quality
Provide accurate time estimates, ensure animation deliverables meet project defined timelines
Set quality standards for animation on the project and verify in-game animations quality
Integrate animations to the game while ensuring technical constraints are met
