Criteo is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join its Global Growth Marketing team. This role is focusing on our Agencies audience, and is responsible for defining and implementing audience centric full-funnel strategies to acquire, convert and monetize customers.
What you'll do :
Develop data-informed, full-funnel digital strategies for your specific audience. Own and execute on your ideas, from crafting buyers' journeys, to rolling-out test plans and selecting best performing channels and messages.
Deliver and execute plans in a cross-functional environment, partnering with the global Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Field Marketing teams.
Measure, track and report on the performance of your campaigns by partnering with our Marketing Analytics team.
Improve conversion rate through funnel optimization. You will need to leverage a combination of Paid and Organic channels, from display to landing page and email, to craft and implement the best strategy.
Act as a senior team member to help grow and coach a team of passionate marketing managers
Who you are :
Have 7+ years of experience in demand generation for a SaaS company, designing and owning full-funnel strategies.
Proven experience in delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels and tactics, including ABM, Retargeting, Paid Social, Display, Email Nurtures.
Experience with or good understanding of the Digital Marketing Agencies business
Have a willingness to grow, learn and share your expertise with a team of passionate marketers.
Have strong proficiency in SFDC, Pardot or any other automation platforms.
Are a technical marketer. You understand the importance of technology, systems and processes in marketing.
Your experience :
Strategic Planning - ability to turn business goals into strategies, experiments and tactics. Understanding of the customer journey and how to influence it.
Collaborative mindset and strong communications skills, to turn your ideas into actionable plans. Experience with strategies such as ABM, lifecycle marketing preferred.
Digital Marketing Channels expertise - deep expertise in specific channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Display and a desire to learn and grow your skillset.
Analytics - proficiency of analytics concepts such as experiment design or incrementality testing. Strong analytical skills for funnel analysis and optimization. Excel power user.
Project Management - ability to define and own a roadmap, including prioritization, milestones definition and reporting on progress.
