What are your main responsibilities?

The purpose of this role will be to offer first and second level of technical support to the infrastructure and users of CIGNA.

Every day Task

  • Support for first and second level to Cigna users.
  • Maintenance of infrastructure with the recommended level of security and patches.
  • Help in Business continuity Plan.
  • Support to AVAYA telephony system.
  • Help to maintenance inventory and new orders.
  • What skills do you need?

  • Experience with Intel / Microsoft.
  • Experience in the management Active Directory and Exchange de Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of IP networks
  • Knowledge in administration of AS400, AD, Windows servers, Exchange management console.
  • Personal skills :

  • Highly professional and willing to solve problems.
  • Flexible and experienced in different working areas.
  • Highly committed with daily task.
  • Great skills treating costumers.
  • Able to work in achieving results.
  • Studies and other requirements :

  • IT student.
  • Written and spoken English to be able to have a conversation.
  • Technical background

  • Telecommunications voice / data, LAN y WAN.
  • Microsoft Active Directory y Windows 10.
  • Hardware / Software.
  • Support Client / Server.
  • Office 365.
