We are looking for an M / F Sales Administrator for our Sales department who will ensure the commercial development of all our product universes.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for organising and managing sales from the time the order is received to the time of final delivery.
It monitors and ensures the execution of processes related to large contracts. On a daily basis, he / she works in contact with internal sales teams, but also with customers and suppliers.
Attached to the Presales Director, you face the following challenges :
You monitor the proper application of internal procedures related to distribution contracts
You coordinate the different services of the company (Commercial, billing, Admin corp...)
You are the interface between the internal teams
You coordinate service activities (Campaigns etc...)
In addition to these challenges, you will also have as missions :
You coordinate the receipt of orders
You check the conformity of the purchase order received / modify if necessary in coordination with the sales representative responsible for the quotation,
You acknowledge receipt of the order and its completion to the contract holder
You control contract validation
You manage the collection of information needed for the sale to take place (purchase order, PO, Ref Quote),
You check the stocks on receipt of orders
If necessary, you save the order in OVHcloud tools
You send the necessary information to the billing team for the change of customer ID in the purchase order and payment of the purchase order(s)
Coordinate delivery of external and digital orders to ensure the right level of prioritisation
You ensure that the customer is contacted when their order is processed
You check that the delivery time has been met in conjunction with the relevant team
You control the receipt of services and the communication sent to the contract holder
