Job Description for this position :
Perform our marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
Coordinate all public relations activities in our Hotel.
Assist social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
Manage media inquiries and interview requests from media, guests and public in general.
Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
Maintain a keen understanding of hospitality industry trends affecting guests and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Develop activity programs : day, night, children, based on established standards and the type of customer.
Participate in the storytelling of the hotel.
Create and actively participate in the "wow" moments.
Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards.
Update list of new activities going on in the city.
Provide support to all departments involved in running the attributes of the Cotton House Experience.
Personal attention and timely resolution of complaints or incidents ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participate in all processes of in-house communication with the client.
Management of quality and contact tools : Measurement and analysis, incident handling, check list of standards, VIP treatment and customers special attentions, management of the requests, creation and updating of the reviews database.
Carry out daily inspections of the rooms before the guest arrival
Provide new ideas to generate additional income sell up at the hotel.
Acquiring a perfect knowledge of the brand personality.

Maintain a high level of professional attire, behavior and ethics at all times.
Manage confidential information with a high level of integrity.
Safeguard the decoration of the hotel spaces according to the personality of the Hotel.
Perform other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor.
