Within theSmart Infrastructure division, the Energy Performance Services (EPS) activitydesigns and develops Energy Management Programs for its major Industrial and TertiaryInfrastructure customers.

Based on a strategic analysis, these programsarticulate turnkey projects and services enabling our clients to drasticallyimprove their energy performance and environmental impact.

Thanks to ourglobal approach, which integrates cutting-edge skills, patented technicalsolutions, expert project management and deconsolidating financing, we areprofoundly changing the way our customers' sites and activities produce and useenergy.

We design ambitious, innovative, low-carbon energy efficiency andproduction solutions with the most comprehensive performance guarantees on themarket.

We arelooking for a Senior Sales Manager in charge of setting up and developingEnergy Management Programs and Major Projects for our major clients,particularly industrial clients.

Within theEPS Spain team, this position is in close collaboration with the Regional salesforce, the Vertical Markets department and the National Key Accounts, as wellas the EPS teams in Europe.

This position, based in Spain, is to be filled as soon as possible on apermanent basis, with framework status. Travel is to be expected up to 40% ofthe time.

Your missions :

  • Your firstresponsibility is to take orders from major customers in a context of stronggrowth in our business.
  • You willdefine and implement the Strategy and Business Development Plan incollaboration with the management of the EPS Spain team,
  • Youprospect according to the established strategy by relying on your professionalnetwork and the Siemens sales force, by initiating and developing strongrelationships with major Customers at C-level as well as with Divisions andmajor sites.
  • You willidentify, qualify and develop Program or Major Project opportunities accordingto the potential of each Prospect through the analysis of its situation interms of sustainable development, energy, strategic and operational objectivesand financial approach.
  • You will meet and mobilize all stakeholders (financial,technical, legal, purchasing, quality, etc.) around the opportunities underdevelopment.

  • ForQualified Prospects, you are responsible for the entire process of interactionwith the Client, from the initial exchanges to the conclusion of the contract,including the structuring and negotiation phases.
  • You will coordinate thestakeholders at the Client's site and efficiently manage their decision-makingprocess, relying on the technical experts and project developers of the EPS Spainteam.

  • You willmonitor your markets (customer activities, competition, regulations, etc.) toenrich our value proposition to Customers and regularly adjust your commercialstrategy.
  • Your assetsfor success :

  • You have at least 5 yearsof experience in developing and selling complexprojects in the field of distributed energy resources and systems (DER or DES),local renewable energy production like photovoltaics or wind farms, microgrids,energy storage solutions, e.
  • g. acquired in a consulting firm, withdecision-makers at large sites or companies of national and internationaldimension.

  • You have a good knowledgeof the technical aspects of local low-carbon energy production (renewableenergies, microgrids, flexibility / demand response.
  • anda passion for the topics of the Energy Transition, in particularcarbon-reducing corporate programs. You are familiar with the subsidies relatedto these projects.
  • You have a huntingtemperament, you have excellent abilities to innovate, convince, negotiate andconclude contracts at the highest level of the company (Top Management,Purchasing, Industrial and Financial Directors) but also with local contacts atSite level.
  • You are recognized foryour great tenacity, autonomy and strong results orientation in sales with longcycles.
  • You have a solid networkof medium-sized and large Spanish and international industrial companiespresent in Spain. You have an excellent knowledge of industrial environments(in particular Food, Pharma-Cosmetics / Life Science, Luxury, Materials, Chemistry) and a great experience of their decisionprocess for budgeting and allocation of projects and services.
  • You can autonomously carryout our financing solutions (leasing contracts, "As a Service"contracts, third party investments, etc.
  • and the contracting of Projects withPerformance Guarantee.

  • Good command inEnglish and at ease in an international and multicultural environment. Spanish is required as well.
  • You will join a team ofexperienced professionals, both dynamic and supportive, working together tobring the greatest value to our clients.
