Purpose of the Job
The Business Developer PM is in charge of building and developing strategic partnerships with top players on the healthcare industry, ensuring that operational discussions are progressing well with the prospects to reach concrete commercial deals / partnership.
He supports DHP go-to-market activities, in partnership with Microsoft, ensuring appropriate synchronization with the rest of the DHP teams (tech.
delivery, Finance, Compliance etc.)
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the engagement with potential partners / customers.
Track and if necessary, adjust the engagement projects.
Coordinate with the Integration teams.
Support DHP Inc Chief Commercial Officer in delivering commercial results.
Your Profile
Expected Skills and Experience
Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
10 years of Proven experience in commercial activities for fast growing companies, preferably in the health services and / or technical spaces related to health insurance, life sciences and pharma or health technology.
Used to work on strong regulated environments (data privacy).
Entrepreneurship and target-oriented mindset needed.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills and project management skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Team player and transversal management experience (without hierarchical empowerment).
Excellent written and verbal English communication. You will do most of your writing in English. Speaking will be English (mandatory) or French.
Ability to work in an international and cross functional organization as a team player.
Startup experience a plus.
