AREA SALES MANAGER
Based in Spain (Madrid)
Role summary :
Experience in automatic doors and automation sector (min. 5 years)
Knowledge of the sector, products, and manufacturers.
Develop and grow the portfolio of existing clients.
Create technical and commercial presentations of the full range products.
Availability to travel throughout the national territory.
Responsibilities and challenges :
The focus will be on network consolidation and development, with current and potential customers, in order to achieve the designated targets, develop and structure the sales network and dealers sales.
Cooperate with the Management to define the Region’s business plan, budget and strategic processes and ensure their implementation and achievement.
Build and strengthen customer relationships, developing local networks
Cooperate with Technical support and Customer Service departments
Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts and timely manage reporting of results, strategic development and address to management issues and opportunities.
Ensure the company CRM updating, reporting the visit details and market information.
Background and personal qualities :
Self-starter (entrepreneur) and a natural motivator.
Commercial or technical education with sales experience and deal closing skills.
Experience from the relevant Region in the automatic entrances industry is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment (strong track record) to building strong business relationships with customers.
Excellent sales, presentation and negotiating skills, better if matured in semi-durable consumer goods.
Good problem solving and analytical skills are very important.
High level of integrity
Result oriented, high performer and problem solving skills
Strong in building relationships with key contacts at all levels
Outstanding in communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and to be hands-on simultaneously
Advanced knowledge of :
Perfect knowledge of the Office package.
Perfect command of spoken and written Spanish
Experience : Previous Experience in the following companies is a plus
Education : Technical Diploma with strong technical skills / background or proved sales attitude or commercial skills.
Languages : fluent in English isn’t mandotory but will be a strong plus
Computer skills : as a normal user.
Other : open to travel at least 60-70% of its time
