We are looking for someone with great communication and leadership skills, ready to take over our tech team. The team will be integrated and include client and back-
office side. We need a resilient person, who will understand the product, will be able to manage teams and make sure that the release strings don't stop and stay as much agile as possible.
On the daily you will be making focus on harmonization of the product and business to understand new requirements and make sure that everything is well-
defined. Design and manage the implementation of the best technical solution. Make sure that the tech stack is up-to-date and has minimum legacy.

Qualifications & Skills
What do we expect from you?
4+ years of management experience
Strong background in technology leadership (running teams, groups, continuous integration, inter-dept communication)
Good communications skills and understanding of Product Management
Good understanding of the business and solution oriented person
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and related team management models
Strong Architectural experience in micro services
Strong System management background with understanding of maintenance of Quality of Service, Security and other defensive measures.
Background in effective hiring of technical team members.
Familiarity with source control systems (GitHub)
Strong communication skills and sense of accountability
Willingness to learn and to teach
Curiosity for tech, programming languages and frameworks
Would be a plus :
Technical Ability Java, Salesforce, Angular, Swift, Kotlin
Relational and Non-relational database experience (specifically Postgres, REDIS, MongoDB)
Worked in a hosted cloud environment such as AWS
Experience using and integrating with third-party APIs
Contributions to the open-source community
Moderate tennis table and football table skills : )
