The Role :

As a Senior Sales Enterprise UKI, your role is to drive new business, leveraging the most advanced Sales Enhancement tools and Commercial methodologies.

This business will be driven directly directly as well as indirectly (through agencies), utilising the different resources available.

You will be expected to develop a clear strategy and action plan for each global account in your huntlist.

What do you do?

  • Partner with UKI Agency Sales, UKI Business Development Representatives, EMEA Enterprise Sales counterparts, and the UKI Managing Director to research prospects and create sales strategies
  • Plan and execute action plans to consistently hit revenue targets
  • Target clients will mainly consist of (but will not be limited to) large-sized businesses for UKI market
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level. You drive Sales for your solution for the highest value opportunities across UKI
  • Build great relationships with the internal stakeholders that will operate with you : Marketing, Operations, Legal, Product and more
  • Forecast and proactively manage your pipeline, you may be managing up to 50 large-sized prospects at any given time, keeping this all up to date in our CRM Tool.
  • You have a clear strategy and plan on the next steps and who you engage with regularly

  • Engage on regular basis with the market with a Social selling activity to increase your and Criteo’s brand awareness
  • What about you?

  • Advanced consultative selling and closing skills. Ability to pitch multiple Ad Tech products with a customized pitch based on your prospective clients marketing goals and connected to their longer-term strategy
  • Fluent in English, with a significant experience of the UKI market
  • Deep understanding of the Ad Tech Industry and a proven track record of success in technology sales, with a relevant network in your market
  • Autonomous and independent in your role, yet also a team player. You may step into mentoring other peers who have less experience in achieving their business goals
  • Excellent analytical skills, you are a data-driven decision-maker
  • Ability to break into new accounts and build business in your market, with traditional industries as well as emerging verticals
  • Leverage your network to unblock business right after you get the proper training on the products.
  • Consolidate your position in the industry as thought leader, organizing and attending at events as speaker, being at all time up to date with the lates market trends and news
