Key Responsibilities : Single point of contact to Firmenich and the market place service provider to manage Supplier Onboarding into the market place platform Support the Communication & Change Management and the market place service provider teams to build vendor communication, training, campaigns and webinars Manage and execute supplier onboarding for the tail of the spend (high volume, low value invoices), provide access to communication, training and videos, monitor and provide regular updates to the project team on supplier onboarding target reach and escalate issues.

Firmenich is preparing to launch a project that has as objective to implement new technology and processes for automatic supplier invoice processing and collaboration, completely integrated to Firmenich ERP (SAP).
The project organization is cross-functional composed by member from Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, Information Systems and Communication & Change Management.
As part of this new process, the Supplier Onboarding Manager will have a 24 months assignment responsible to manage for Firmenich and its market place service provider the enrollment of Firmenich suppliers into a new technology platform for supplier invoice capture, processing and collaboration
