The role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join our HR department by carrying out the hiring of new employees across all departments of the company.
This role offers many interesting aspects as, not only will you be carrying out recruitment, but you will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.
Today we operate in 5 different European markets. You will gain expertise and insights in the industry, while working alongside a fun spirited and dedicated team.
You will
Handle recruitment processes by posting job offers, screening applications, and conducting interviews in various formats.
Proactively use e-recruitment tools and Social Media to source top qualified candidates and keep up-to-date with new trends in sourcing.
Place candidates at the center of the hiring process, keeping them informed at all times and maintaining open channels of communication should they have any questions.
Conduct direct searches and carry out head-hunting.
Develop new recruiting channels and maintain university relations.
On-board new recruits and ensure they settle well into company life during their first few days.
Candidate Pipelinening for future potential needs.
Participate in other HR related projects.
This is you
You have a fluent level of English
You have previous experience in recruitment
You’re organized and are able to manage recruitment processes to tight deadlines
You have previous experience in recruitment and solid interviewing techniques
You’re have strong communication skills
You are a master of the Boolean search
You are results oriented and a self-starter, you are able to work autonomously and to adapt to a moving environment
You have excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
You proactively find ways to implement improvements
