Degree in MKT, Statistics or similar
High level of English
At least 5 years working in research agency
Setting up, design, develop and implement researches, sampling, analysis, reporting and presentation, with both qualitative and quantitative research and experience with various complex methodologies, in collaboration with Data Intelligence Squad and Sales departments
Managing all consumer research activities in order to understand market context and anticipate trends, deliver actionable consumer insights and integrate them into marketing strategy
Leading, executing and developing the analytical and operational CRM capabilities for NBA s (Next Best Actions) in collaboration with Customer Care, Digital & Comms.
Analyzing and setting up the different customer targets in order to prioritize them and to bring more value to the Company
Carrying out effective measurements of cross-sell and other relevant statistics
Forecast of market size
Managing the relation with internal stakeholders ensuring business information needs are correctly identified and met
Managing the relation with research vendors, challenge for improvements, innovation, process / budget efficiency and monitoring of the competition in terms of new products and services
Excellent communication skills, impact and influence in others, ability to analyze and solve problems.
