You will be responsible of the Finance Operations (Fin Ops) Teams for the division MCS in Spain, Italy and UK. You will report to the Head of Finance Operations for the Division Financial Services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

Responsibility for content of local regulatory reporting, audit and tax compliance.

Setup of adequate processes & reporting for closing and financial data treatment in compliance with accounting and tax standards.

Assurance of quality and timeliness.

Provide proactive & reactive accounting expertise recommendations.

Team budget ownership (salary, trainings, external support).

Team management & administrative-related topics (vacations, performance review).

Supervision of transversal projects (accounting / transactional impacts).

Full cooperation with MCS CFO and Controlling.

coordinate and motivate local and nearshore resources.

Skills we would like :

Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

10+ year of professional experience in Finance roles.

You are coming from Big 4 as Senior Manager ideally combined with several years in other international corporations as Director Accounting / Chief Accountant Officer

IFRS expert combined with other local GAAP / s

Accounting / Audit professional qualification

Highly supporting and motivating attitude versus collaborators.

Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.

You possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

You have proficient English & Spanish skills. French and Italian is a plus.
