Assure a demand plan in high quality on country cluster-SBU level
Ensure that the information on new products, successors and discontinuations, are correctly maintained before a new cycle starts
Make necessary forecast adjustments and drive sell-off / commercial activities with the Sales Business Unit when triggered by Supply Planning to resolve slow mover impact
Work closely together with other functions such as (sales) field force, Key Account Managers, Business Development Manager and Product Line Manager to include the recent market knowledge in the enriched forecast on time
Support the Forecast Analysts in upgrading the Statistical Baseline Forecast following the standard monthly planning cycle before the forecast is released to the supply planners
Lead the local demand review meeting(s) for the country clusters including a signed-off demand plan for minimum next four months
