About the role

Your Opportunity You will lead a team that provides services to our stakeholders who are in Spain and Portugal and will support the Order to Cash department with our mission to leverage resources on a global scale through the use of shared services to reduce costs, increase customer service, and build new capabilities.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be

  • Be accountable for the Accounts Receivables in Spain and Portugal.
  • Lead a team of 4 people based in Barcelona that oversees collections and rebates tasks.
  • Conduct proactive actions to trigger early identification of issues and speed up the cash collections of top customers.
  • Manage actions and projects in the market to improve results, drive efficiencies and simplify processes.
  • Perform visits to the customers to manage payments behavior.
  • Ensure BES delivers high standard customer service to the markets.

  • Skills and Experience

    The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

  • Minimum of five-year experience working across one or more of the Order to Cash process areas : (Credit and Collections, credit management, invoice collection, deductions settlement, Cash Apps).
  • Experience communicating directly with Senior leadership, including managing issue resolution at high levels in the organization.
  • Skills to analyze and determine best practices to achieve maximum results, often dependent on individual customer needs.
  • Maintains a constant focus on achieving and surpassing established collection targets

  • Relevant education : B.S. degree in a financial, accounting, or business-related field; degree associated with process area a plus.
  • Experience in Shared Services environment, Spirits and / or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
