VIE Sales Order Administrator H / F2020-06-12T07 : 49 : 33.537Job descriptionEuroprop International GmbH (EPI), consisting of a European collaboration programme between ITP Aero, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce and Safran Aircraft Engines, is responsible for the TP400-D6 turboprop engines design, development, manufacturing and support designed to power the Airbus A400M Military Transport built by Airbus Defence and Space.
EPI GmbH has its headquarters in Munich, Germany and a liaison office in Madrid, Spain, close to its customer.As a Sales Order Administrator your main activities will consist in : + - supporting our Head of Airbus and OCCAR business to deliver key objectives related to PBG (Propeller Gear Box) upgrade campaign+ - managing commercial elements of the Sales Order process with customers including PO's traceability, administration and invoice control+ - providing customer interface for ontime deliveries+ - providing support to the EPI Commercial Team and the Customer Operations Stream OrganizationComplementary descriptionIn this context you will contribute to : + - manage the order intake of Repair Orders and be the primary commercial point of contact regarding such orders with the end customer+ - review all orders in accordance with EPI processes ensuring consistency with contractual and parts catalogues provisions in the agreed contractual timeframes+ - monitor any potential or actual customer claims arising from late delivery and mitigate claims where appropriate+ - control the customers' pending payments and create an accurate follow up to report internally+ - participate in the working groups to support ordering activities and process improvement+ - create and provide summary, analysis and KPI reports needed to support the Sales Order process and provide visibility for the EPI Commercial Team and the Customer Operations Stream Organization+ - support review or audit requests by the authorities and / or customers+ - ensure compliance with the EPI Quality Management System & ProcessesJob requirementsYou have a first experience with managing customer / supplier relationships and resolving customer issues.
Some experience in a commercial or project management role will be a plus. You have strong communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail.
