We are looking for a Digital Analyst. His role is being responsible of defining the Digital analytics strategy tomonitor and increase the digital traffic, improve digital conversion rates andcustomer experience in all the devices.
To be successful in this role you will have todemonstrate an advanced knowledge of marketing and web analytics andreporting / dashboards tools, both knowledge on industry standards as well as theability to develop inventive workarounds to get the job done.
Experience in thefollowing tools is required :
Broad experience in webanalytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics
Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and online media.
Dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Microstrategy, Datorama.
Knowledge on Analitical solutions such as SQL (in order to explore the clickstream data in our database), R or SAS.
Advanced usage of MS Office tools, especially Excel, for day-to-day work, dashboards and reporting
And potentiallyother related marketing tools such as personalization, DMP and Tag Managertools

In your role, you will also be responsible for a rangeof other tasks including :
Champion data-drivendecision-making in your team and throughout the company.
Setting up mainanalytical KPIs for the different segments and devices.
Elaborating advance dashboardsand data-supported conclusions cross checking the data from different datasources.
Tracking andmeasuring the main business KPIs through web browsing and visitors behaviours analysisin the different devices.
Generating insightsand improvements for the conversion funnels to optimize the web performance
Deeply analysing painpoints and heat maps to set next steps with the CRO and Digital Strategyst
Real-time monitoringof the media campaigns performance
Supporting users tounderstand the conclusions
Training andmonitoring users to empower Media and Management control teams in the use ofthe Web analytics tool
Debugging andimproving our existing implementation of Adobe Analytics as well as theintegration with other marketing tools
Dealing with our externalimplementation agency and with Adobe to improve the tool outcome
As a Digital Analyst, you will also need :
Bachelor Degree orequivalent in Statistics, Math or Engineering.
Previous experience(3-5 YRS) in web analytics.
Solid analytical andstatistical decision-making skills.
Proficient knowledgeof Excel, Adobe Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics.
Very good Englishlanguage.
Proactive,challenger and team player who ensures a continuous knowledge sharing.
