FutuRS is the technology company of the Ribera Salud Group and part of Centene Corporation. FutuRS is a new concept of healthcare in which we fuse clinical vision and technology to give an optimal and integral response to people s needs.

Results in health and technology without losing sight of the human character of both our patients and the professionals who are part of FutuRS.

We are establishing a new support team in Madrid to assist the daily operations of the Group. This new hiring process will bring +60 highly skilled IT profiles to different areas such as DBA, System Administration, Helpdesk, IROC, ISOPS and Security.

This is a permanent role and the employment will be directly with us.

The deployment of the service includes a rotation system during morning shifts. Above the market conditions. Interim directly with us.

Functions :

  • Manage and report on production health with the use of system related tools
  • Manages and executes multi-level responses and addresses reported or detected incidents
  • Manage Major Incidents base on company provided protocol / practice
  • Performs information technology incident response and incident handling based on prioritization categorization and in accordance with established procedures
  • Work with a cross-functional team, drive improvements to policies and processes within the ITSM incident management governance
  • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to provide assistance during major incidents
  • Identifying incidents and make recommendations to protect production
  • Use tools to gather data / log sources, expanding visibility during a major incident
  • Support ongoing tracking and remediation of incidents / issues, ensuring that tickets are closed and issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively. Maintain clear and efficient communications with management. Provide interactive discussion and guidance to peers.
  • Discuss technical subject matter with other IT functions

  • Work closely with development, network, and other support team in the implementation of restoration activities
  • Support activity and progress reports ensuring issues are properly escalated and resolved to maintain desired restoration service levels
  • Coordination of incident response activities, including written and verbal communication with other IT groups and IT management

  • Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills with close attention to detail, critical thinking and logic, and solution orientation
  • Strong knowledge of tools used for Production Health Monitoring (Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Service Now Dashboard and ITSM workflow)
  • Experience using some level of scripting or light coding; to help automate manual activities as they are identified in the field.
  • Strong understanding of system designs (across platform : Storage, Network, Database, & Application with associated server operating system - Cloud and Virtual environments)
  • Ability to influence and guide decision making in crisis moments
  • The ability to analyze and detect events in monitoring reports generated using various data sources
  • High level of English (B2-C1)
