  • Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market.
  • Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered.
  • Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports.
  • Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.
  • Perfil buscado (h / m)

  • 2 years of experience in inside sales / business development.
  • Experience in using phone and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.
  • Experience in inside sales / business development.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English, Polish or German communications.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding strategic targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the tech industry.
  • Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical solutions to prospective clients.

  • Salary. 18.000 - 24.000 €*Schedule. 8 : 30 - 17 : 00 Polish speaker / 7 : 30-8 : 00 - 16 : 00 German speaker.*Contract. 3 months + permanent contract.
