Digital Analytics Manager We are looking for aDigital Analytics Manager for our Digital Department reporting directly to the Digital Director.
This is a 360 role who will push decisive insights to the Digital Team (WEB, CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Mobile), other related departments & to Management to be able to optimize the whole Customer Journey of Pronovias.
Good knowledge on centralizing data to gain a 360 view of the customer. Work closely with our BI team
Senior knowledge on analyzing the whole digital ecosystem (WEB CRO, Paid Media Performance, Social Media, CRM - database)
We need somebody who knows how to push on WEB CRO and to optimize our whole Customer Journey from first impacto to Advocacy
Analyzing database behavioural and creating buyer personas and efficient customer journeys
Guides & leads the analytics agency regarding tracking
Leads creation of efficient Dashboards, creates KPI driven insights, is able put the focus of the whole digital team on the right insights & actions REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree or Master degree Statistics, Economy, Mathematics or similar
Around 3 years of working experience in a similar role
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Profound experience with Google Analytics, certification a plus
Senior experience on Microsoft Excel
Senior experience on visualization tools like Qliksense or similar
Experience with R or Python a plus
Experience within the Retail sector a nice to have
Experience with Attribution modeling
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
