OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

In this role you will be supporting the Sales function within TMF Group Spain. You will collaborate with our local office Sales and Professional Sellers crafting proposals and supporting client's delivery and follow up.

Your contribution will be key in assisting the identification of growth opportunities for the company.

YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Work closely with sales and local teams to assist with the sales process.
  • Support the sales team and local office with administrative tasks (update CRM, follow up on KYC process in coordination with the sales team where applicable).
  • Provide support to Local Office sales and Professional Sellers with Standard Proposal generation considering request from clients, delivery and follow up.
  • Collaborate with professional sellers to perform whitespaces analysis to identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Assist with any sales initiatives lead by Local Team and / or Professional Sellers.
  • Establish and maintain on-going and effective communication with the sellers, marketing and local teams to ensure team obligations are met and CRM and other sales reports are up to date and accurate and to provide a clear framework for compliance and procedures
  • Perform administrative requirements such as scheduling meetings, following up on outstanding requests to internal departments, etc.
  • Ensure proper hand-over to onboarding team
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong time-management skills and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience working in or with direct sales, pre-sales and / or enablement in an enterprise software and / or SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in a sales ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce) a plus
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong critical out of the box thinking and problem-solving.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
