We have an exciting opportunity working in the commercial strategy team where we work towards the development of the commercial model of the future.
The commercial strategy team is responsible for the development of the commercial vision and strategy, the guidance of transversal transformational projects and the coordination of commercial activities.
In this role you will have the chance to gain a broad view of our company with a special focus on the commercial activities.

The leadership of assigned transversal transformational projects and tactical action plans.
The management of the overall areas project portfolio.
Gathering all relevant insights to guide the decision making for complex problems.
The identification of new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
Responsible for the development and the guidance of transversal transformational projects in all project phases (definition, development, go-live, communication, and post-implementation).
Acts as a guardian to assure a correct deployment of the area strategy and assures that all major initiatives are aligned.
Collaboration in strategic company plans such as the 5-year business plan, the company transformation plan, and the yearly area plan.
Develops and coordinates transversal tactical action plans to address ad-hoc business needs in coordination with all commercial areas.
Gathers market and customer feedback and insights with external and internal research in terms of surveys, focus groups, and field research.
Detects new business opportunities and builds a strong impact assessment to ease the decision making.
Build strong relationships through everyday interactions and conversations.
Leaders in the Commercial, Customer, Network, and Strategy area.
High level of interaction with the Transformation team.
Based on the project, high interaction can be required with IT, Data, Legal, Operations, or People.
Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Tourism.
Bachelors or masters degree in Marketing or market research highly valued.
An MBA is highly valued.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial area : marketing, product development, revenue management, sales, e-commerce, or brand.
Experience in project management or projects consultancy is highly valued
Airline experience is highly valued.
Expert knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint.
Results oriented and team player attitude.
Excellent communication skills, ability to inspire, and guide transversal teams to work towards a common goal.
Strong analytic capabilities, capability to build, and use data to guide decision making.
Able to work under strict deadlines and pressure, prioritizing tasks, and effectively solving problems.
Very organized, extremely responsible, and careful with every detail.
Ability to easily adapt to any unforeseen changes and refocus with a solution-oriented spirit.
