    To grow UL’s Materials & Supply Chain division, we are looking for an

    Inside Sales Representative

    The Role :

    You will join a motivated and successful team and along with providing support to our sales engineers, you will also actively drive sales of our services to ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • You will analyze the needs and expectations of your customer base and advise them accordingly
  • To close the deal , you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for UL
  • You will ensure a positive customer experience by responding to our clients in a positive and timely manner
  • You will support with marketing activities to promote UL’s external image (e.g. organizing customer events, occasional customer visits, trade shows)
  • Administration will also be part of your daily routine you will collaborate closely with an experienced field sales engineer and support with scheduling appointments, follow ups, entering data into our system
  • Your Profile :

  • Educational background (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in a commercial or technical field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. in Sales, Customer Service), ideally in the industrial sector
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills you are a good listener and feel comfortable to spend a lot of time on the phone
  • Availability for occasional business trips
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools
  • You feel comfortable with negotiations and have great problem solving skills
