Our Support Experience teams are cross functional teams focused on the channels of communication with our customers including chat and chatbot, secure document handling, our support center, and more.

Our success enables a high quality experience in critical moments in the user journey. customer support and contact channels in the mobile apps and on our website including chat and chatbot, secure messaging and document sending, and our support center.

Everyone in a cross functional team is an active partner working with Product to identify the best opportunities and possibilities for future work, working collaboratively to design systems, plan and execute their implementation, and take ownership of technical direction.

We believe in total ownership of work, so the quality and support of work is also our responsibility.

In this role, you will :

  • Work on a modern unified tech stack, focusing on the Front End
  • Be focusing on platform specific tasks, helping build a design system and helping our web peers to do their work in the product teams
  • Contribute to our extensive documentation and our testing suite (unit testing with Jest, end-to-end testing with Cypress)
  • What you need to be successful :

  • Experience in developing high quality accessible applications (following WCAG 2.1) with semantic markup, using JavaScript with a sound understanding of modern frameworks, tools and libraries, mainly React.js
  • Exposure to working with Designers / Design background
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile environments
  • Willingness to be part of a team with high collaboration, have strong call to action and eagerness to help brining teams across all locations into a single product
