We are hiring our next Trainer and Quality Specialist in Barcelona!
Functions include, but are not limited to :
Mission : To attend to the quality objectives and to support the continuous training plan oriented to the defined objectives.
You will also ensure that the training given to the agents solves the deficiencies detected by telephone audits, and that the employees are given the knowledge needed for the most effective performance of their functions.
Other functions include carrying out initial training courses and developing training manuals.
Schedule : Monday Sunday, 39h / week.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE : 16-00
University degree is valued
Content moderator experience is a plus
Previous work experience related to training & quality
Complete fluency in English and Germanis mandatory.
Professional MS Office ability (Excel test will be performed)
