Valeo’s VIE Program?
The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!
Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team-members and candidates
You will build strong business knowledge and integrate the business need in the sourcing and talent attraction action plans
You will source targeted candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to operations
You have the ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
You will maintain accurate internal and external candidate database in real time in the applicant tracking systems to staff future open positions
You will organize on-boarding activities for newcomers
You will identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost
You will initiate, negotiate and manage working relationships with external partners to facilitate the generation of high-quality candidates, pre-screening candidates
Let’s talk about you
You have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources
You have a corporate recruiting experience with a focus in automotive (leading interviews, using LinkedIn, headhunting)
You have a fluent level in English
You have a good level in Spanish (B1 / B2)
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
You are energetic and result-drive with good level of assertiveness and persistence to reach targets
