Realizes the functional concept of systems in a project by technical detailed solutions.

Designs and engineers the system down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.

Defines the products, components and subsystems to be used and their concrete characteristics.

Configures the components and subsystems used according to the requirements.

Develops detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit.

Is responsible for the realization of the system with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation.

May minister the executing units (e.g. manufacturing, procurement, logistics).

The Mechanical Models Engineer is responsible for creating the required designs as specified by the CME / PM on the different platforms.

We are in charge of giving the right and feasible solution to our customer, The Mechanical Models Engineer must take into account all regulatory requirements and standards, while keeping the safety of the end user paramount.

EN , ISO and UL standars.

Prepares drawings and other technical documents.

Converts detailed technical solutions into CAD-models and derives the related drawings.

Revises drawings or CAD-models according to instructions.

Keeps drawings standards.

May support the specialist engineer at calculations or dimensioning by preparation of suitable models.

May support the project team by creating suitable visualizations of solutions.

Formulating design basis, processes, rules and manuals

We work with CATIA V6 and windchill PLM system, and with Nx and TC. It is needed more than ten years of experience with both systems.

It is needed to have a high level of knowlegde of both software and the PLM systems that work with them.

It is needed also deep knowlegde of assembly, routing electrical cables, sheet metal and surface modules of the CAD systems.

We need someone who loves works in a team, with good communication , flexibility , capable to work under pressure and with time management skills.
