Team Leader withinSubject Matter Streams : Banking Products, Oxygen Finance Platform (hierarchicaland functional)
He / she will perform tasks allocated mainly tothe Subject Matter Streams, within the Banking Products team, providingservices mainly for the Corporate and Institutional Banking, BP2S and PersonalFinance entities.
SMS Banking Products are incharge of the end to end process of accounting flows for the products relatedmainly to money market activities, loans, guarantees, payments instruments(credit cards, mobile payments, direct debits, transfers, etc.
This departmentreviews the correct information and control set up for these products, securingthe deadlines and the accounting control group norms in place.
Additionally, itis in charge of the process of the IFRS9 impairment calculation for thefinancial assets, monitoring the exposures and extra accounting informationrequired for the calculation;
checking the integrity of the information sent tothe general ledger.
Financial Accountants areinvolved in the day-to-day maintenance and control of the general ledgers forthe entities under their responsibility associated to the assigned products ortransversal scope.
When applicable, theycoordinate review and potential adjustments with other teams. Additionally,they will have to ensure quality of data for all Reporting streams and be incharge of performing adjustments when needed in the General ledger.
Accounting & Control Functions
BankingProducts is in charge of all financials topics linked to customers’ bankingproducts credit & cost of risk, payments, deposit, customer securities,fees, other provisions, related sundry accounts, etc.
Measure and bookthe required adjustments in accounting to ensure completion and accuratenessthrough all reporting axes, including the segmented axis
Review &perform the Suspense Provisioning and the rest of legal and tax provision
Calculation,booking and integrity checks related to IFRS9 Impairment Calculation
Manage the cost ofrisk processing
Ensure theoversight of accounting controls performed by Banking Products Operations basedon their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification
Control and analysethe data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRCfeeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standardfeeds, .

Provide Financesupervision & completion on LoD1 control performed by Back Offices operations,ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back officeoperation tools related to Corporate Accounting & Expenses
Providing supportto Back and Middle offices in all the accounting aspects required
Transform theaccounting data into management accounting (profitability and cost allocationby Business Line) following the MARP (Management Accounting Rules andPrinciples)
Provide assistancein coordination with the management in responding to questions from theexternal auditors, Operations, and other support groups by :
o Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information
o Escalating problems / issues to the team leader and / or head
o Providing quality service to other teams

Participate in the Tac / Nac process
Participate in the upgrades / versionreleases of respective reporting tools
Assist in identifying operational processimprovements in production, control procedures, and workflow organization to increase theteam’s efficiency and effectiveness
Observe the bank’s policies and procedures
Assist in any special project or request asdirected by management
Training and occupational experience
Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting or Finance Degree
Up to3 years experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting,Business / financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms
Experience of working in an international environment appreciated
French and other European languages a plus
Knowledge of Banking products is desirable
Working knowledge and understanding of generallyaccepted accounting principles, both in IFRS and French GAAP (an asset)
IFRS9 impairment calculation knowledge will be aplus
High proficiency in computer skills and dataanalytics
