NTT Private Cloud Center of excellence (CoE) provides services across many competencies including Cloud, Hosting, Datacentre, Security, Infrastructure and Applications to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers globally.
NTT’s business is targeted at direct touch, resellers and solution partners and the role needs to interact on an operational level with each of these key customer bases, to ensure that the products and services to be developed meet customer needs and achieve the correct balance between competing costs, revenue and margin objectives is achieved so that sales and profits are maximised. .
The Product Manager will manage the product creation around the private cloud practice, lifecycle process leading technical architects, finance, legal, sales, procurement to successfully launch new service within timeline and manage current services as a product owner.
Deliverables will include service descriptions, participation in the creation of sales documentation and, most importantly, ensuring that commercial and operational support tools such as the list of services sold are kept up to date and accurate with component, business case with financials.
Key relationships internally will be the all the other teams within NTT Communications corporation and other NTT Communications regional affiliates teams like Sales and Marketing, Operations, Solution Delivery, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Engineering.
Externally, customers, suppliers and solution partners are all key relationships to be maintained and developed, including public events
Some travel is expected within this role at an international level.
