After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays , we now have some great opportunities for Passenger Service Agents to join our Ground Operations Team on part time Fixed Term contracts.
Reporting to the Duty Manager , the Passenger Service Agent will responsible for
Delivering fantastic customer service
Providing a warm and friendly welcome
Supporting our customers throughout their journey in the airport
Providing an efficient check-in& boarding service
Being the welcoming face that meets our customers on arrival
The successful candidates should have a :
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A positive and flexible approach and always have a Happy to help attitude at all times
A Supportive mindset, always looking to help our customers and your Team
A Proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work across rotational shifts
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Spanish
