In partnership with the Sales Executives and the other Client Growth Managers, you will be responsible for managing long-lasting relationships with your clients ensuring successful delivery of all assigned campaigns, including original content, custom-built, high-impact and targeted media.

Main responsibilities :
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver great service experiences by identifying client needs and proactively addressing campaign issues.
Act as a main point of contact between Entravision and the client coordinating with AdOps, Sales, Finance and other internal departments for successful delivery & campaign execution, billing and credit control.
Act as primary day-to-day point person with the clients for all campaign related questions and concerns.
Organize & manage account information, assets & data, and reports.
Provide actionable insight to clients with quantitative and qualitative analysis on campaign performance and delivery
Be on top of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Provide and help sales team with pre-proposals, market information, other similar experiences, etc
Drive sales efficiencies through recommendations on process, tool and product improvements.
Skills & Requirements :
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is mandatory
Availability to start immediately to do a full-time internship for 6 months and work as an employee after the internship is a MUST
Experience in related performance mobile marketing areas is a great plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and with strong analytical skills
Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced, target driven multicultural environment
Strategic outlook while monitoring progress towards goals
Problem solver with great organizational and delegation skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner
You must have a VISA that allows you to work in Spain and live in Barcelona (or be available to relocate in two weeks after the offer letter).
