WHAT YOU'LL DO

As CD Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us manage our career development activities for our worldwide staff.

In close cooperation with the CD team, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering aspects of the global career development cycle, including support to projects which enhance the employee experience related to CD, preparation of CD committees and providing advice and support to line managers and employees on the annual cycle.

Building on your existing experience, you will also help us drive our global initiatives forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project work focused on enhancing employee CD and performance management experience
  • Coordinate and prepare CD Committee meetings, incl. follow-up communication
  • Support the management and co-ordination of our annual CD activities; support our managers in the different steps
  • Advise and train managers and new hires
  • Monitor and support performance feedback collection
  • Manage promotions and pipeline, incl. advising managers in creating high-quality promotion case
  • Liaise with our global learning and people team regarding performance and development needs of specific individuals, including probation and performance improvement plans

  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in a relevant subject
  • International experience is preferable, but not a must
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience within a service-oriented company
  • Experience in business partnering or in a consulting firm (or any other professional services company) is a plus
  • Fluent English (full proficiency is required)
  • Experience in all standard MS Office software products and collaboration tools
  • Experience of Workday (operations or rollout) a plus
