What will you contribute? Finastra is looking for a Senior Sales Executive based in Spain, to manage new business development in the banking sector of Spain & Andorra across all Finastra product lines.

Your Role : Identify and develop sales strategies for new business development in Spain & Andorra Generate leads through your own established network or various prospecting techniques.

Leveraging the inside sales telemarketing, marketing, partner network and established marketing campaigns for new business generation.

Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizations and move opportunities along the sales process.

Collaborate with the Finastra team : pre-sales, professional services, finance, legal in order to build and lead the winning team that will make you successful.

Manage forecasting of deals & resources needed to close and win new business. Win and close new business! Required Experience / Qualifications : Experience in new business development in the financial services sector in the south east European region.

Track record of consistently exceeding annual quota targets Experience in setting up and closing complex deals You will have 10+ years relevant sales experience within Banking with strong existing client relationships.

Extensive contacts within the Banking Industry in the SEE A deep understanding of the business drivers affecting the target customer base Extensive industry knowledge and being able to understand the Finastra solution set positioning and capabilities Successful completion of a Degree or relevant Business / Banking qualifications / experience will be a benefit Candidate Attributes : Ambition to be a highly successful sales individual High level of focus and energy Sense of ownership to manage and execute the entire sales process Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English & Spanish Ability to sustain a high level of quality, even when working under pressure Ability to make concise recommendations to senior executives Strong social skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels, including the Finastra leadership team
