The Oracle Digital EMEA Technology Sales Programs team leads theplanning and execution of demand generation campaign activities for the Technologysolutions within Oracle Digital, the Dgitial Sales team for Oracle EMEA.

Tosupport the continued growth of the Technology Sales Programs team. we areseeking to recruit an additional Manager to lead the Technology Sales ProgramsManagers in our Dublin, Amsterdam and Malaga hubs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of demand generation / salescampaign experience with a technology company. The person will be a strategicthinker with the ability to plan and execute tactically in a metric-

drivenenvironment. This role will be responsible for working with the Oracle DigitalPrograms Office to source the best sales programs, enabling the cloud platformreps on the content and assets, driving campaign execution and working with themanagement team to assess progress versus the agreed demand generation targets.

  • Lead a team of 8 Sales Programs Manager responsible for working with Sales Management to develop the demand generation plan to achieve defined pipeline generation and revenue targets for the Western Europe Oracle Digital Technology business
  • Partner with the Oracle Digital Technology Programs office to identify and shape the programs required for each region
  • Work closely with sales management to drive execution of the agreed programs and to evaluate their effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Digital Channel Sales Programs team to ensure the channel demand generation is fully aligned to the regional demand generation needs, execution matches expectation and results are regularly reviewed with sales management
  • Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant campaigns via ongoing communication
  • Activities may include : co-ordination of all contributors to campaign delivery; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contacts lists and campaign content, reporting on results of campaigns and successes, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement.
  • Promote best use of digital demand generation tools within sales teams and sharing of demand generation best practice between countries and teams.
  • Analyse pipeline, revenue and other data for business planning and monitoring purposes.
  • Communicate regularly results of campaigns and new initiatives to all stakeholders.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Third level qualification or equivalent
  • 7+ years of demand generation / sales campaign experience managing in the technology sector
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track key performance indicators and analyse results.
  • Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills. The ability to work cross functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experienced in working with sales teams and senior stakeholders
  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Manages a team that is responsible for identifying relevant new business opportunities and designing "go-to-market" plans to deliver measurable and significant revenues.

    Consistently meets with potential customers and current customers to build pipeline.

    Manages a team of business development representatives for a territory / region. The team is actively and frequently customer facing, providing the value proposition to business or org leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of the oracle solution.

    Provides daily operations management of lead qualification functions. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.

    Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.

    Experience qualifying prospects and customers; understanding of the sales cycle process. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred.

    BA / BS preferred. 5 years of business development experience preferred. Lead a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements.

    Frequently interact with supervisors and / or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
