Job Description

Our client,Value Retail, owner of La Roca Village (La Roca-Barcelona), needs toincorporate a Business Analyst.

Thisposition will provide the candidate with a remarkable international projectionwithin the Company.


Working closely with the retail team, he / she will ensure that the tenantmix provides customers with a wide and exciting choice of brands.

Keyresponsibilities include the following :

1- Provide financial analysis for existing andpotential new brands

  • Work closely withthe Retail team to estimate new brand performance
  • Researchperformance of competitor brands
  • Produce projection of new brand performance overspecific time period
  • 2- Review, through close partnership with the legal team, all legal documents(internal and external) for new contracts, renewals or remerchandising

    3- Facilitate the internal process of contracts, renewals, orremerchandising from coordination of documentation to final sign off

    4- Provide support to other departments asnecessary to ensure that the leasing / commercialisation effort run smoothly :

  • Retail DevelopmentDepartment (on shop fit processes and timeline)
  • Retail (tracking Retail trends and Brandperformance / activity in local market)
  • 5- Support and participate in the on-going teamactivities :

  • Join all leasing / commercialisation calls, note take and follow up on actions required
  • Participate, asneeded, on brand visits
  • Support leasing / commercialisation teams with any dayto day requirements
  • Requisitos / Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal; European languages beneficial
  • Relevant experience would be advantageous; international exposure essential through work experience or travel
  • Good financial acumen with strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience of researching and collating data and preparing reports
  • An interest in Retail including brand awareness and understanding
  • Experience of preparing management reports / data and Board presentations
  • Sound computer skills
  • High level of common sense
  • Strong communications skills; comfort with liaising with people at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual
  • Qualified to degree-level equivalent or above
