The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (m / f) based in Ribaforada (Spain).

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is expected to interface with Customers, Business and Functional Partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and profitability to Dow.

CSRs manage the entry of orders, from initial contact with the customer, through material flow, until the product arrives at the correct time, with the correct product, with the correct equipment and correct paperwork to the customer.

In the event of a service failure, the Customer Service Representative initiates the corrective action for resolution of the failure, and takes the lead position in resolution for the customer.

CSR role is critical to build customer loyalty and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for order receipt and handling, along with follow up of orders throughout the whole order cycle
  • Anticipate customer expectations and identify best solution or alternative
  • Differentiate between customer requirements and DOW offer; choose the best / cost effective solution
  • Actively participate in problem solving
  • Actively contribute to the business goals, supporting business functional performance
  • Execute complex work processes through multiple systems and technology including : SAP, Elemica, telemetry for which a high degree of systems knowledge and understanding is required.
  • Comply with internal and external control requirements
  • Have an understanding of the supply chain and produce product process and work closely with the functions involved
  • Master Degree
  • 2 + years working experience in customer service and selling roles
  • Fluency in Spanish & English
  • Proficiency using SAP and other technology and systems. Work process aptitude is critical to success.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with team members, business partners and customers
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customers and company requirements while acting in a professional manner
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong, mature teamwork skills
  • Demonstrate urgency, act promptly and quickly remove road blocks. This requires prioritization by impact, and accountability for taking actions that keep things moving forward.
