The goal is to be part of a team to leverage analytics and data driven approach in the areas of Search and Discovery (Recommenders).
This person is going to report to the head of analytics in the area of Search & Discovery and work very closely with the product manager of the products.
Responsibilities : You are part of an agile cross-functional team and your role on the team is going to provide insights to the team, help to track the key main metrics to measure the impact of the products, and help in the design of A / B test.
The main tasks are going to be : Work closely with the product manager and key stakeholders to identify business priorities.
Set and coordinate implementation of data requirements and data-quality standards to cover stakeholder needs.Design, implement, and maintain KPI dashboards for the team and key stakeholders.
Continuously analyze key user journey routes and KPI’s to identify areas for potential business growth.Design, develop, execute and analyze AB and multivariate experimentsTranslate quantitative analysis into actionable product insights and data driven hypotheses to form product decisions.
QualificationsMaster degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics).Fluent in English (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.Minimum 3 years experience in the position of a Data Analyst or similar, 5 years in a company business sector.
Extensive experience with SQL.Extensive experience with at least one data oriented programming language such as R or Python.
Extensive experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe etc.)Self-starter and detail oriented. You can complete analysis with minimal supervision.
Nice to have : Experience with Spark and Scala.Experience Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.Strong team player with a positive attitude with strong ability to collaborate in a remote team.
