Key Areasof Responsibilities :
Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction andcomfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries andproblem resolution.
Maintain a visibility in the operation at key timesto support operational teams and the guest experience.
Develop and maintain the marketing and promotionalprograms as they relate to the Food and Beverage operation.
Responsible for sales, expenses, and profit goalsas outlined in the Food and Beverage Operating Plan / Budget.
Responsible for the hiring, training, andproficiency (including performance reviews) of employees in the Food andBeverage operation.
Maintain purchase order system, par-stock levels onfood and beverage inventories and implement and monitor ordering and receivingprogram to ensure proper quantity and price on all purchases.
Drive initiatives to heighten guests diningexperience and outlets’ popularity.
Ensure compliance across all Health & Safetyareas within the F&B Department.
Requirements :
Relevant degree in hospitality.
5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality relatedfood and beverage, preferably in a 5-star resort or similar full-serviceenvironment and extensive wine knowledge would be desirable.
A proactive leadership style that is authentic,engaging and supportive.
Technologically savvy, familiar with POS andMicrosoft Office programs.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Maintain a physical presence in all outlets on adaily basis.
Ability to work effectively in stressful,high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and guest satisfaction.
Position will require a flexible schedule and theability to work different shifts and weekends.
A positive, can-do attitude that shows resilienceand maturity, with strong communication skills.
