Customer Support (CS) EMEA is delivering Customer Services & Support for all PPS (Personal & Printing Systems) customers, both Consumer & Commercial across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Support is operated through a network of outsourced support & services delivery partners / suppliers.
We are looking for an internship to contribute in CS Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa delivery organization, as part of the Enablement and Operations Support team combining part time job while studying at the university.
YOU will work with a team of Engineers and Operations’ managers, project managers and process owners to support the management of Operations from the respective partners in the geography.
For that purpose, you will require business systems access in order to analyze and summarize data for the use of teams and management.
This position will also include the maintenance of group web pages, SharePoints and their contents, contribute to scorecard creation / maintenance, participate in internal process improvement projects.
