Here’s how this role will help : The Transparency Compliance Manager Europe is responsible for assisting with the administration of Mylan’s corporate compliance program, with a focus on and responsibility for the continuous improvement of Mylan policies, procedures and systems relating to Mylan’s compliance with transparency TOV reporting, as required by applicable laws and regulations, and industry codes including Medicines for Europe (MfE) and EFPIA.
Monitor data collection, cleansing, aggregation and filing of required aggregate spend disclosure reports and certifications in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and industry codes including MfE and EFPIA.
Provide specialist knowledge to establish and maintain data quality, the data management process, the monitoring process and reporting metrics.
Audit and monitor data relating to Mylan's aggregate spend and transparency reporting program.
Research inquiries received from HCPs regarding transaction reports and handle dispute resolutions with HCPs concerning aggregate spend / transparency reporting matters.
Write and support the development and communication of new Mylan policies and procedures, and assist with the enhancement of existing Mylan policies and procedures where appropriate.
Create and continuously improve various compliance and business process maps that detail existing and revised processes to help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry codes.
Analyze the end to end process for transparency reporting to ensure the quality of and consistency of the processes followed in order to demonstrate the accuracy of the information to government agencies and to allow monitoring of spend on HCPs reported.
Collaborate with country teams and global Master Data Teams, to manage the quality of the data across the region in each affiliate.
This will require managing both HCPs, who are customers (thus standard process to manage), and those who are not customers but receive benefit from Mylan (specific process).
Support ad-hoc requests from local teams across Europe, working with IT and business to implement solutions.
Contribute to Data Privacy Compliance, as regards data privacy and protection laws and regulations impacting transparency related activities (ex.
GDPR and Privacy Shield).
KEY CUSTOMERS / PARTNERS
Collaborate with European internal stakeholders regarding Mylan’s aggregate spend and transparency reporting program, as well as with the business to identify and correct data quality issues when necessary.
Coordinate with the Office of Global Compliance (OGC) Center of Excellence for Global Risk and Audit to assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transparency standards and processes across the organization.
Partner with Mylan IT and transparency solution provider to ensure accurate data collection and analytics.
Work closely with Transparency Data Management team on Master Data Management (MDM) processes to maintain accurate master data throughout the end to end process.
Organize, facilitate and lead the Transparency Community of Practice which includes the Legal Department, Cluster or Country Compliance Officers, and local TOV contacts to understand the status of legal entities throughout Europe, the impact on transparency, and improvements or adaptations to transparency processes to ensure that the TOV reporting solution incorporates a complete and accurate set of company requirements.

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :
Fluent Business English, written and oral
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 3-5+ years relevant pharmaceutical experience is required
Background may include Compliance, IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, or Regulatory
Data analytics or data management experience is required.
Understands the business process enablement through the IT systems which record spend on HCPs including CRM, Expense Reporting, Purchasing and the Transparency Reporting systems.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications, tableau, transparency tools and advanced Excel
Must possess strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant growth is achieved
Broad business experience and a proven ability to influence business decisions and business partners
Project management experience a distinct advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and work as team player
Strive for ongoing continuous improvement
Travel in Europe (30% max)
