Tracking of providers KPIs and ownership of actions to ensure that both production and consumption levels are in line,
Key entry point in the relationship with the external data providers : manage the day to day relationship, maintain a good operational and commercial relationship to ensure they are delivering best value to the company,
Ownership of competition data sourcing,
Ensure requirements and quality of data delivered by the external data providers; definition and planning of requests and evolutions, bugs resolution in order to ensure on-time, on-budget and accurate deliveries,
Help internal stakeholders in translating their recurring needs into clear KPIs and dashboards,
Support the revenue team in extending benchmark scope on new strategic areas and regular review of current coverage,
Manage new scope implementation (recurrent or adhocs) : definition of the approach for data collection, provider negotiation, data validation,
Production of adhoc analysis leveraging the available data, to answer specific business question, ensuring the coherence of communicated information, issued timely and complete statements.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications :
Degree level education, preferably within a technical or commercial discipline,
Microsoft Products principally Excel and Power Point,
Able to liaise with wider stakeholders varying from technical to business,
Fluency in English,
12 months experience within an analytical role is a must.
