This new role in the People team is key for facilitating clear and concise information to all stakeholders and pivotal supporting the People Director GBUs (CCDO, CDO, TGR, GHQ)in all of its functions.
Define and implement the Comms framework within the whole Function and the strategy of the GBUs PEOPLE area, setting up and ensuring a single PEOPLE agenda as well as assessing performance on an ongoing basis within the GBUs teams (CCDO, CDO, TGR, GHQ).
Help the People area transform itself by defining and communicating the People Strategy, focusing on new ways of working (Agile methodologies), change management and people development.
This is a key role to ensure that change is happening and make it easier to perfom.
We are looking for a person who is a :
Facilitator : ability to design systems, tools and processes to enable to suceed as they ho through change.
Peacemaker : improving understanding and reducing friction between multiple parties so they can collaborate to implement change.
Advisor : sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Supporter : understanding the personal implications of change, helping people feeling better about it.
Creation and communication of PEOPLE Strategy and vision, ensuring the PEOPLE priorities are aligned with GBUs Strategy.
Collaboration and definition of a single PEOPLE agenda in conjunction with GBUs PEOPLE Leadership team.
Communication of strategy and vision along with hot topics through different platforms to GBUs PEOPLE community.
Define GBUs PEOPLE leadership meeting agendas and creation of slide decks and dashboards
Design and production of different deliverables (presentations, speaker notes, storyboards, scripts, etc.)
Support the Strategy & Planning team in GBUs Strategic planning process and other corporate and governance processes. Ensure Comms framework and compliance within the whole Function.
Shape initiatives oriented to promote a continuous improvement, focus on customer and value-driven mindset.
Help identify risks and solve impediments.
Maintain and share a global vision of activities status and the priorities set by the Function.
