This team is the engine to extend the assortment in different product categories by delivering new exciting products and delivery services, to improve quality of the existing portfolio, to drive a market leading site experience and to continue building fulfillment competitive advantage by optimizing the speed and the cost at which we deliver our customer orders.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Guardian of the customer promise. As the Delivery Product Manager, you’ll be at the center of setting the expectation of when customers will receive their order.
  • Delivery promises are key drivers of customer trust and influence the short- and long-term profitability of our business.

    This role will serve as an interface between customer expectations and the Vistaprint / Cimpress industry-leading fulfillment capabilities.

  • Go-to person for the delivery experience. The key point of contact for delivery related projects, being able to recommend and implement delivery services to the Country Teams.
  • Contribute into NA from your experience, evaluate and prioritize the potential uses.

  • Lead to improve delivery metrics. Co-lead actions and projects to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution with internal teams (VSOs, Fulfiller Operation Support, Platform Support, etc ) and / or 3rd Party Fulfillers in EU to solve any order delivery related issues.
  • Be responsible for the Shipping & Delivery roadmap. Define and leading its execution with different team members and partners.
  • This may include, e.g., defining new shipping speeds, supporting binning improvements, package experience quality, and shipping cost improvements.

  • Rally the organization behind your goals. Partner with many cross-functional counterparts to deliver on your ambitious plans.
  • The Country Teams, Category owners and our partners in MTech, Technology, Procurement, and Manufacturing will work together with you to launch and update products and delivery.

    Partner closely with all the Technology tribes that interact with the customer promise date, providing them a holistic perspective of the overall fulfillment supply chain and a constant customer-centric approach.

  • Support improving our cost structure. Be in charge of cost optimization initiatives on delivery operations, leading autonomously these projects with the key partners to make sure they are delivered and properly accounted.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new 3PFs. Support the integration of new fulfillers in the MCP platform, using Cimpress services when required.
  • You’ll be measured on how well you :

  • Drive business results. You’ll need to show that you can both think strategically and execute with agility. Important metrics include On-Time to Customer, Cost improvements (variable and total cost), quality / customer satisfaction and product availability.
  • Build positive relationships. Demonstrate you can work well and develop trusting relationships with a different set of partners.
  • Support Fulfiller operations. Thrive to improve fulfillers and platform performance (on-time deliveries, blocked orders in the platform due to shipping, etc).
  • Grow your competency. We are looking for people who can grow with the organization. We’ll want you to prove you can handle more responsibility and complexity.

  • Has a Customer-centric approach. Put themselves in the shoes of our customers to ensure we meet their expectations. Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in technology or engineering.
  • Has curiosity for technology and fulfillment platform strategy. We look for people interested in technology, able to interact with technically oriented teams, and have a platform’ approach.
  • Able to use diverse tools for monitoring, reporting and implement.

  • Has a solution attitude and drives and owns the results. We want people who meet challenges head-on and bring solutions for our opportunities.
  • We aren’t afraid to take chances and own the results, whether good or bad. We love when we win and learn when we miss.

  • Builds trust throughout the organization. You’ll be relying on and supporting multiple other teams. It’s important to work closer in a way that inspires them to want to work with you.
  • You have good verbal / written communication skills.

  • Is autonomous. Ability to handle and deliver projects while keeping a great teammate and open communication approach.
