CAIS CAIS IQ Commercial Lead - Director of Growth & Expansion
We are seeking a strategic-minded, high-energy consultative salesperson to lead the commercial arm of our education platform, CAIS IQ.
As the first commercial lead of CAIS IQ, the ideal candidate will have a player / coach role with tremendous growth and management potential.
Our proprietary learning platform has enormous potential to be the tip of the spear in unlocking lead generation opportunities in the RIA, Broker-Dealer, and Custodian communities.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, be highly organized, possess leadership qualities, and have the sales DNA to close a deal.
Work closely with senior leadership to create comprehensive, multi-layered go to market plan to penetrate RIA / Broker-Dealer independent financial advisory world, gaining broad adoption (acquiring tens of thousands of advisors)
Manage all commercial aspects of expansion plan, including channel, custodial, and enterprise strategies
Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients; direct efforts to scale white-glove service across CAIS IQ network
Develop and lead sales and relationship teams that land, expand, and nurture clients
Work cross-functionally with CAIS teams to coordinate sales and marketing efforts
8 10 years of experience in financial services required; alternatives exposure a plus
Bachelor’s degree, FINRA, CAIA, CFP certifications
Proven success in a business development / sales role(s)
Direct team leadership experience required
Strong client service aptitude
Excellent writing and editing skills
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to develop strategies & independently execute instructions with great attention to detail
High level of personal integrity and ability to consistently deliver high quality work product
Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
