You will support the marketing effort. You will learn all the aspects of what makes a successful marketing including management ofmarketing and advertising campaigns.

Help Define the Campaigns Strategy Planning :
You’ll make sure that the client communications and media campaigns are generated in a timely fashion across all different media channels.
Develop recommendations for optimal budget allocation across various tactics to maximize revenue while minimizing acquisition cost.
Be part of a multidisciplinary team :
15 people in charge of content, media buying, copywriting, data analysis, design, web development across different markets, reporting to the Marketing Director.
Boost the marketing efficiency :
Ensure the healthiness of the marketing cost of sales by continuously evaluating the client’s online sales and spend allocation against turnover and KPIs
Ensure the media operation :
This is a hands-on role where you need to know how to implement the digital campaigns to
Drive growth specifically via ecommerce acquisition marketing programs, including : Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display , Social Advertising, & Newsletters,
Come up with innovative idea :
Maintain strong knowledge of eCommerce, and implement solutions that achieve sales goals
Help testing strategy across marketing tactics and consumer’s path on site.
Communication with others department :
development, ux, design, to impulse and give the ecommerce rhythm and help prioritize the company effort.You’ll bring :
Strong Ecommerce Marketing interest
Experience in or with ecommerce or retail digital media advertising implementation with deep knowledge of SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Facebook, Affiliate.
Knowledge of online campaign management
Knowledge of campaign tracking and reporting- GTM and datastudio
Proficiency with Google suit (Gsheets, Gdocs ...)
Well organized with excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
All around experience and understanding of Ecommerce systems and processes.
Preferably experience working with technical and business teams for requirements gathering.
Preferably experienced in multicultural and international environment managing initiatives in multiple Countries.
Experience in Fashion or Outdoor industry would be a plusYou’ll have :
